Dine Diaspora presents CHOP BAR, a pop-up food event inspired by the ambience of west Africa's makeshift restaurants, where people gather over food and music. This year, a 5-course tasting menu curated by featured chef, Hiyaw Gebreyohannes, co-owner and chef at GORSHA, will bring some East and West African flavors to the scene.
